Incremental hydraulic cutting machine

Roll cutting machine

1. This device uses a sandwich method for processing, where the material to be processed is often a whole sheet of leather or textiles, fabrics, etc. It is placed on the stamping table, and the contour stamping knife is used to position the material before stamping, to make full use of the material. 2. This design can be adapted to different machine types (2 to 8 workstations), allowing multiple operators to work on multiple workstations simultaneously to increase productivity. 3. Before the stamping plate enters the stamping process, the two upper stamping plates are separated. Two steel rolling mills (driven by a motor controlled by a variable frequency drive) pass through both sides of the original stamping range. The height of this sandwich component is controlled to avoid accidental overlapping of the stamping knife or other negligence that may cause the machine to stop or result in uneven thickness of the stamped parts.

High-precision four-column automatic balance hydraulic cutting machine

• Dual oil cylinders and a precision four-column automatic balance connecting rod structure ensure that the cutting depth is exactly the same at each cutting position. • The operation uses a two-handed operation method. A single button press avoids the drawbacks of continuous multiple punching. An emergency stop device is provided to ensure operational safety. • The cutting head descends rapidly and automatically slows down when it reaches the die, minimizing dimensional errors between the upper and lower layers when cutting multiple layers of products. • The cutting force fine-tuning device allows for quick and easy adjustment of the punching pressure. • Type A adopts a high-stroke design, which is especially suitable for vacuum-formed products and various low, medium, and high dies and materials of varying thicknesses. • Due to the precise cutting balance, when cutting food boxes, it can prevent the phenomenon of cutting board powder sticking to the boxes and reduce the wear and tear of the die and cutting board.

High-precision four-column single/double-sided automatic feeding machine

This machine is suitable for die-cutting foamed materials, cardboard, textiles, leather products, plastics, flooring materials, pressing materials, fiberglass, cork, etc. It is suitable for various sheet materials, vacuum packaging single knives and whole-piece male and female die-cutting operations. Especially for large areas, this machine can provide good cutting precision and higher cutting force output.

Six-axis CNC punching machine
