Performance Characteristics and Applications:
1. The HN-800-Ⅲ pneumatic cylinder-driven Y-axis CNC needle punching machine uses mechanical transmission, computer control, and longitudinal movement.
2. This punching machine uses linear guides, screw rods, servo control, and precise repeat positioning.
3. Suitable for punching and embossing thin, non-metallic materials such as leather and artificial leather. Punching and embossing rely on CAD graphic data and are suitable for the punching processing of cut pieces. The cut pieces need to be guided by conveying paper or PVC adhesive tape to complete the punching process.
4. This machine can control 320 holes at one time and can move longitudinally for punching. Because this machine is a follow-up needle punching machine, it can complete more punching patterns and meet more market demands.
