Uses and Features: 
1. Wide range of applications: Leather, film, shoes, clothing, bags, car interiors, packaging materials, decorative materials, soft furniture, etc., non-metallic materials can be used in different industrial fields, such as sound insulation, breathability, filtration, weight reduction, design and decoration, etc.

2. Can be used for punching and embossing rolls and cut pieces. Rolls do not require backing paper and can be punched directly.

3. Effective working width 800-2000mm, 0-240 punches per minute, some rolls can be punched in multiple layers at once. The chip removal slot of this equipment is 40MM wide, that is, the regularly arranged mold patterns developed should be less than 40MM, and the number of holes should not exceed 1200.

4. High-precision miniature, gapless punching technology ensures that the hole shapes on both sides are standard, flat, smooth, and fast, improving production efficiency.
