Uses and Features:
1. This machine is suitable for continuous, large-batch die-cutting of various non-metallic rolls using molding dies. For example: automotive interiors, carpets, leather, fabrics, rubber, luggage, etc.
2. PLC and touch screen control, easy and simple operation.
3. Feeding, cutting and discharging are all carried out on the belt, the action is continuous, and the efficiency is 10-15 times that of traditional machines.
4. Using special punching belts produced in Italy to ensure punching quality and belt service life.
5. The main cutting force below 100 tons adopts a double-cylinder, four-column, double-link precision balancing mechanism, and above 100 tons adopts a four-cylinder, six-column, three-link precision balancing mechanism to ensure that the cutting depth of each cutting position is completely consistent.
6. When the upper plate is pressed down, it descends rapidly, and automatically switches to slow cutting when the die is close to the material, ensuring that the upper and lower layers of material have the same size.
7. Centralized oil supply automatic lubrication system makes the machine more durable and ensures its accuracy.
8. Optional pneumatic clamping device for convenient and quick die changing; it can also be used with assembly line punching and forming operations.
9. Special specifications machines can be designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
