Pre-ignition checks for gas boilers: 1. The boiler, fan, and boiler circulating water pump should be in good working order. 2. Safety accessories (such as pressure gauges, water level gauges, boiler explosion-proof doors, etc.) should be complete, flexible, and reliable. 3. The hot water tank water level is higher than 2/3 of the tank height (but below the overflow port). The boiler water level is full. 4. Keep the flue unobstructed and open the induced draft fan damper. 5. Check that the natural gas supply system is working normally (whether the gas pressure is normal, whether the gas-liquid separator is drained), open the gas manual valve, and there is no leakage. Gas boiler ignition start-up: 1. Start the boiler induced draft fan and ventilate for 20 minutes. 2. Press the start button to start the burner nozzle. Step 1: First blow the furnace for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, it will ignite automatically. Observe whether the ignition is successful. After success, run at low fire for one minute, then automatically switch to high fire, and then start the induced draft fan for normal operation. (Automatic program) 3. During operation, regular checks should be carried out, once every half hour. The main checkpoints are: a. Whether the natural gas flow and pressure are stable. b. Whether the motor burner is operating normally, and whether there is noise in the motor. c. Is the furnace flame normal? d. Is the boiler hot water circulating pump working normally (manual test)? e. Is the boiler pressure normal (normal pressure, adjustment range: high fire stop, low fire start)? f. Whether the induced draft fan is working normally and whether the motor is making abnormal sounds. 4. During normal operation, the burner does not require any operation, and all high and low fire conversions will be automatically performed according to the set requirements. 5. The burner has the function of manually switching to high fire and low fire, and the heat can be manually controlled as needed. (Start and stop 2# fire switch) Stopping the gas boiler: 1. The furnace is started and stopped regularly according to production requirements. 2. Press the stop button to stop the burner and close the pipeline gas supply valve.
