This machine is suitable for die-cutting foamed materials, cardboard, textiles, leather products, plastics, flooring materials, pressing materials, fiberglass, cork, and other materials. It is suitable for various sheet materials, vacuum packaging single knives, and whole-piece male and female die-cutting operations. Especially for large areas, this machine can provide good cutting precision and higher cutting force output.
Main Features:
· Double oil cylinder, precision four-column automatic balance linkage mechanism, ensuring that the cutting depth at each cutting position is ±0.2mm.
· Hydraulic cutting adopts a two-handed operation method. Pressing the button once prevents continuous multiple cuttings. An emergency stop device is provided to ensure operational safety.
· Differential design, rapid descent to automatic slow cutting of the die, ensuring no dimensional error between the upper and lower layers of the workpiece.
· When cutting environmentally friendly materials such as OPS, EPE, PET, and ABS, there will be no uncut or frayed edges. When cutting food boxes, it can prevent the phenomenon of cutting board powder sticking to the boxes.
· Cutting force fine-tuning device, allowing for quick and easy acquisition of the optimal punching pressure. Due to the precise cutting balance, it can greatly reduce the consumption of dies and cutting boards.
· Linear slide rail automatic feeding, the feeding and retreating is light, quiet, and vibration-free, making finished products easy to place and retrieve, and ensuring high safety. Single-sided or double-sided feeding devices can be selected according to customer needs.
