Due to excess air and the heating season, many users experience pre-ignition excess when installing gas wall-hung boilers. However, many users are confused when choosing a wall-hung boiler. There are wall-hung boilers from European technology on the market, and some domestic manufacturers also promote condensing boilers that can recover waste heat. So, how should users choose a condensing boiler? The principle of a condensing boiler is that it adds a secondary heat exchanger to the outlet of a traditional wall-hung boiler, but the combustion method still uses traditional gas combustion. Due to insufficient gas combustion, it is easy to waste energy, or excess gas produces more nitrogen oxides, leading to losses in some wall-hung boilers. Therefore, the main condensing boilers are semi-condensing wall-hung boilers, not full condensing gas wall-hung boilers. NOx wall-hung boilers have different suitability; their combustion chambers are made of stainless steel or silicon-silicon materials. The heat exchanger is made of a highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel material with good acid corrosion resistance. Therefore, its design life is generally more than 15 years, and the lifespan of a full condensing wall-hung boiler far exceeds that of a semi-condensing wall-hung boiler. The core issue of a suitable condensing wall-hung boiler is that the larger the power adjustment range, the more accurate the operating temperature, and the higher the suitability. Because of its larger power adjustment range and wider width, it avoids frequent boiler start-ups and shutdowns, can meet low-temperature operation, and power adjustment and constant temperature adjustment are beneficial from the perspective of human health. When choosing a condensing boiler, consider not only the price but also the brand and the materials used, such as aluminum alloy or stainless steel. The choice depends on individual needs and budget.
