The era of relying on heating in the north and shivering in the south is gradually disappearing. Even though the south still lacks centralized heating, wall-hung boilers offer a convenient, flexible, healthy, and comfortable heating solution. Many people choose gas wall-hung boilers in areas without centralized heating. Wall-hung boilers are sophisticated integrated water and electrical appliances, and their safety is paramount. Today, Song Brothers will share some safety knowledge and energy-saving tips for using wall-hung boilers, allowing you to enjoy a warm and comfortable life in the coming cooling season. 1. Only use the gas type specified on the product nameplate (natural gas, artificial gas, liquefied petroleum gas, biogas, etc.), and do not use other types. 2. Wall-hung boilers should be installed in the kitchen or an enclosed balcony, but not in the bathroom or bedroom. 3. When the ambient temperature may freeze, the boiler must be powered on. In standby mode, as long as the gas is unobstructed, the main circulation pipe is unobstructed, and the heating system is under normal water pressure, the boiler's antifreeze function and pump anti-interference protection will work. If any of these conditions are not met for the boiler, pipes, and radiators, they may be damaged by freezing, potentially causing safety accidents. In winter, if there is a prolonged power outage or if you are away from home for an extended period, and the environment may freeze, you should drain the water from the heating system to prevent freeze damage. 4. Supplementary pressure 1.0-1.5 bar. Please close the supplementary valve; otherwise, the heating system's overpressure safety valve will continuously leak, potentially saturating indoor items. If the pressure is too high when replenishing water, the water can be drained through the drain valve or air vent on the radiator. When the wall-hung boiler is operating, the pressure will rise, which is a normal phenomenon caused by water expansion during heating. Most wall-hung boilers have overpressure protection and pressure relief devices. When the system pressure exceeds the normal value, the user will be prompted to reduce the pressure. Improper installation of the wall-hung boiler flue system can lead to flue gas backflow and incomplete combustion. Incomplete combustion can cause indoor hypoxia, affecting user health. Therefore, it is recommended to use the original pipe when installing a wall-hung boiler, and the installation location of the flue should not be changed arbitrarily. If you need to move or change the installation location, you need to contact a professional repairman for on-site handling. Household wall-hung boilers are mostly installed in the kitchen, but other appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, and induction cooktops are often placed in the kitchen. These household appliances have strong radiation. When using appliances with strong radiation, try to maintain a certain distance from the wall-hung boiler to avoid affecting its normal operation.
