Miura Boiler: Is it necessary to check for safety hazards when using a boiler?

If we use a Miura boiler, and if we find any problematic areas, we must immediately stop operation and conduct an inspection. Otherwise, if a safety accident occurs, the negative impact will be very serious. So, what safety risks should we eliminate?

   

1. Safety risks of the operation and ignition system software

1) Internal leakage of the burner: If there is leakage within the burner valve, the leakage measuring instrument equipped with the burner is ineffective, or the burner is not equipped with a leakage measuring instrument at all, flammable gas will enter the furnace, and once ignited, it will cause a furnace explosion. This is one of the key reasons for Miura boiler explosions.

2) Insufficient ignition: Poor air-fuel ratio operation of the burner cannot cause natural gas combustion, and CO will cause gas boiler room clinic CO poisoning.

3) Dry firing: If the low water level alarm and the ultra-low water level lock protection device are ineffective, it is easy to cause boiler drying. If emergency measures are not taken, improper power supply can lead to boiler explosion.

2. Miura boiler room natural gas pipeline leakage or flue gas pipeline leakage, causing poisoning or explosion.

   

3. Safety risks of Miura boiler safety accessories, including valves, thermometers, pressure gauges, intelligent water meters, etc., have not been regularly maintained or timely wastewater discharge tests conducted as per regulations, resulting in ineffective safety accessories and instruments;

4. Miura boilers operate using working pressure. Overpressure operation of the working pressure boiler will inevitably damage the boiler's body, and even lead to safety risks in Miura boiler operation.
