Performance and Working Principle: Used for large quantities of whole leather, textiles and other materials, economical and reasonable stamping device.


1. In this device, the processing is carried out using a sandwich method. The material to be processed is often a whole piece of leather or textiles, cloth, etc. It is placed on the stamping table, and the contour stamping knife is used to set the position on the material for stamping, so as to make full use of the material.

2. This design can be configured with 2 to 8 workstations depending on the machine type, allowing multiple people to operate multiple workstations simultaneously to increase output.

3. Before the stamping plate enters the stamping process, the two upper stamping plates are separated first, and two steel rolling rollers (controlled by a frequency converter-driven motor) pass through the two sides of the original stamping range. The height of this sandwich component is controlled to avoid unintentional overlapping of the stamping knife or other negligence causing the machine to stop or causing uneven thickness of the stamped parts.

4. These two steel rolling rollers can travel at precise equidistant intervals, ensuring precise stamping and avoiding wear caused by excessive penetration through the stamping plate.

5. When returning through the steel rolling rollers, the upper steel rolling roller automatically rises to a certain height to avoid repeated stamping.

6. The required continuous stamping dimensions are input on the input plate of each workstation. The thickness of the stamping material on each workstation can be different, and the depth of the stamping knife is accurate, reducing your operating costs and wear.
