This machine is suitable for die-cutting foamed materials, cardboard, textiles, leather products, plastics, flooring materials, fiberglass, cork, etc. It is applicable to various sheet materials, vacuum packaging single knives and whole die-cutting operations. Especially for large-area workpieces, this machine can provide good cutting precision and higher cutting force output.

 


Main Features:
• Double cylinder, precision four-column automatic balance connecting rod structure, ensuring that the cutting depth at each cutting position is exactly the same.

• The operation adopts a two-handed operation method, pressing the button once, without the drawback of continuous multiple punching, and has an emergency stop device to ensure operational safety.

• The cutting head descends at high speed, and automatically slows down when it reaches the die, so that there is no size error between the upper and lower layers of the workpiece when cutting multiple layers of products.

• Cutting force fine-tuning device, which can quickly and easily obtain the punching pressure.

• Type A adopts a high-stroke design, which is especially suitable for vacuum-formed products and various low, medium and high dies and thick and thin materials.

• Due to the precise cutting balance, when cutting food boxes, the phenomenon of cutting board powder sticking to the box can be avoided, and the consumption of the die and cutting board can also be reduced.

• When cutting environmentally friendly materials OPS, EPE, PET, and ABS, there will be no burrs on the edges.

• Optional linear slide automatic feeding device, the feeding and discharging is light and silent, the finished product is easy to place and take, and the safety is high.
